Personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling a contract/order, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Recipients of personal data are entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller when necessary for the execution of the contract.
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract/order and, after its completion, for the period necessary to retain data as required by separate regulations, particularly tax regulations, and for the period of limitation for claims arising from the contract/order.
Each client has the right to access their data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, and withdraw consent for processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Each client has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates GDPR regulations.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the execution of the contract/order; failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to fulfill the contract/order.
Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, and will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
